Civil Positioning, Velocity, and Timing Requirements (U)
(U) The civil requirements shown in this appendix were collected during the Position, Velocity, and Time (PVT) Determination Capstone Requirements Document (CRD) and Global Positioning System (GPS) Operational Requirements Document (ORD) development effort. The CRD requirements were developed for a PNT systems approach. These requirements were not identified to be satisfied by any particular system such as the Global Positioning System (GPS), Wide Area Augmentation Systems (WAAS), Local AAS (LAAS), National Differential GPS (NDGPS), Joint Precision Approach and Landing System (JPALS), etc.) The requirements listed in this appendix were validated by the IGEB on 13 January 1998. Reference numbers in this appendix match the references listed in Appendix B.
